BOPET direct film casting technology put on stream perfectly

As part of a multi-billion investment Yingkou Kanghui Petrochemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hengli Group, teamed up with Brückner for a considerable film stretching line package: six BOPET lines, applying direct film casting technology without main extrusion, a corresponding regranulation line and one BOPET thick film line. Recently, two of the direct film casting lines and the regranulation line started smoothly, helping Kanghui Petrochemical to successfully enter packaging film markets with several high-value products.   Both teams have mastered the demanding integration of poly-condensation, stretching line and regranulation system in perfect cooperation, thus ensuring highest efficiency in energy use as well as raw material consumption. Furthermore the direct film casting technology offers even more advantages such as considerable savings in transport, logistics and personnel costs – leading to a clear reduction of the overall production costs.
