Saleable film on winder within one day after start-up
Japanese film producer Sun-Tox, a member of the Tokuyama Group, successfully provides a wide range of packaging solutions for traditional sweets and pastries, snacks, instant noodles and fresh vegetables on an existing Brückner line. Now the company has added a brand-new BOPP film production line to its machine park, again from the market leader.
The 6.6m wide state-of-the-art line produces a variety of special BOPP packaging films for the demanding Japanese market. An extremely smooth cooperation between the Sun-Tox team and Brückner’s specialists led to a real model commissioning. General Manager Toshiyuki Yamaoka says: “To be honest, I never ever expected that we could have good film on winder within only one day after line start-up. But I was proved wrong! We are very happy with this project and with our decision to go again with Brückner.”
Brückner Maschinenbau is very proud of this cooperation, which is more proof of our high quality standards at every project stage. Customers can simply rely on agreements and contracts as well as on a smooth production start on time.
