2nd consecutive BOPET line at Zhejiang Wuming with excellent production start
Zhejiang Wuming`s new Brückner BOPET film production line started smoothly - three weeks ahead of the agreed time schedule. The 6.7 m line reached maximum output only three days and guarantee speed only ten days after start-up. The produced high quality film meets market demands very well, thus enabling Zhejiang Wuming to satisfy the increasing requirements for BOPET packaging film.
Zhejiang Wuming decided for a 3-layer state of the art line to meet future market demands as well as to set standards in the present market. Due to specialising on high value packaging film for food applications grade A film is required right from the start. Regarding the very short startup phase Zhejiang Wuming is sure to meet the steady growing customer demands immediately and that its film will go fast.
Main requirements for modern packaging are:
Increased shelf life (barrier properties)
Better optical properties (printability, haze, gloss, transparency) demanded by the end user
Heat sealability (for faster packaging speeds)
