Chinese film producer Fujian Fuzhou Yuede Flexible Packaging Co., Ltd. (subsidiary of Chinese leading BOPP producer - China Flexible Packaging Group) and Brückner set an exciting new benchmark: For the first time in the history of Chinese BOPP film business a production line exceeded 500 m/min of actual production speed.
The result was achieved using Chinese made resin, a key issue for the customer. These are major highlights in the perfect cooperation between both parties throughout the whole project.
Reaching such high speeds is not only a mere record but most of all means that Fujian Fuzhou Yuede benefits from increased line efficiency and productivity in thin gauge film production as well as minimized operating costs per kilo of produced film.
For Brückner this line is another one in a row of BOPP lines exceeding a production speed of 500 m/min. And it further underlines our commitment to support our customers in optimizing their day-to-day business and profitability in the competitive markets.
